Just was looking for any reviews on this meter ? I see it doesn't look like the newer models with the same model number ? This one has a knob and looks like a jack of some kind on the bottom of that, unlike the newer ones I see. Thanks

It's been modified. I have two of 'em, sold another, and none of the three had that stuff.

As far as being good meters, I like mine alot. Peak and average, and reads reflect.

I hear you on that you like yours (-: .....modified huh ? I was thinking that myself until I looked at the newer models ....IM guessing this must be an older model and not modified ? I could be wrong ? but what I was really looking for was how good and accurate of a meter they might me ? Thanks 2M G .This is a new model.

I did some further investagating on this meter , even though they are slightly different , IM not seeing no knobs or jacks on the front of what looks to be older models of this unit. Still haven't found much on how good they are ? Now IM wondering what the modifaction might be on this one ? If the jack in the back of these meters is for a transformer/power supply to the the meters lights ,can't see why anyone would go through the trouble to put it in the front ? from what IM reading on this meter ,everything is automatic with them , so IM kind of wondering what in the heck that mod might be ? and if the meters are worth there price in performance ?

Mine seem to be the older version, they have an 1/8" input for the light. Newer ones have a different type.

As far as accuracy goes, mine seem to be pretty good. They can also be calibrated with a Bird( the illustration in the manual shows that).

that's what it was ,talkback with volume control ........the meter itself seems to be up to par compared to my others.
