If you use Android, the app "Morse Expert" uses the same algorithm as "CW Skimmer" - which is arguably the best decoder available.

For Windows PC, I have had a lot of success with CW Decoder (now updated to a new version called CWTY) by WD6CNF, for RX and TX controlling a Yaesu FTDX10. Google that one for download links...
