MOSFET POWER TRANSISTORS NEEDED

Does anyone here know of good replacement mosfet power transistors for RM3 and ERF9530s. Just hoping someone has a lead on some replacements that can be bought in matched sets.

Please disregard my first two replys. Sorry, but I gave you wrong information. I need 10 9530s. Do these only need to be matched in pairs? I thought they all had to match. Just 5 pairs if they only need to be matched in pairs. I also need 16 or 8 pairs of RM3s. Do these also only need to be matched in pairs also?
