Those Coilys tune well and perform well. I have had serious problems in the past with his older antennas with the 3/8" 24 studs stripping the inside of the shaft and the set screws stripping the top section they screw into. I think Coily has made some changes due to past problems. I've heard alot of great things about his new antennas lately. One of these days I may give him an order and see what happens.

Their used to be a guy around Chicago who ran a Skipshooter 4.5 FT and he has dusted Fighting stick systems running in 4 pill class.

Hey Step, we see eye to eye on that one... The one that had more antennas, was 1. Not pointing at the target or 2. Forgot to turn his box on or 3. Didn't key...



When you run two antennas in a system, that gives you about 3 to 5dB gain over a single antenna... And if you didn't know for every 3dB of gain you have the doubles you power...

So if your system has 3dB gain over a single, and you had 100w at the feed point, then your system will have an EIRP of 200w... I know those are simple numbers but you get the idea...

i got a double coil from coily do to my own doing needless to say my antenna was in peices and the only one that could get it right was coily himself so i sent the antenna to him and without any questions or hesitation coily not only fixed the antenna but made it better than what it was !!!!!!!! i appreciate his hard work and professional attitude i have used coily,s about 6 yrs never had a problem with them and they out talked most antennas i have seen or tryed myself !!!! so if you people out there have not tried one yet i dont know what your waiting for and you dont know what your missing until you put one on your vehicle!!!!!! CLEARLY IN MY EYES COILY ANTENNAS ARE #1 THANKS AGAIN MR COILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
