Ok i was testing swr at first in lsb mode but later into the video i test it on am so dont just watch ten seconds of it and judge the issue. You will see swr is flat on am across those frequencys near then end when i retest them properly.I did test the swr on a outboard meter and they are comparable similar so no issue there.

I wouldn't trust the meters inthese radios; never were very reliable.

What does an external meter say for SWR and PEP watts out?
THAT is what I would go by - IMO . . .

Does your meter give you power readings too?

Again; I would trust the external meter power PEP readings.
The meters in any of the RCI's are crappy - at best.
IOW - don't go by what you see of the LCD reading of your modulation.
Otherwise, a nice radio . . .

and these guys are all the same u tell em something is wrong and they tell u did it.Then u dont see the radio for 6 months.

seals were off when i got it

Then; Bell's CB didn't align it.

ANY shop will put their seals on if/when they work on a radio. That is just the way they do business.

But if you bought it from Bell's and haven't owned it a long time and it is still under warranty; then warranty will cover the work. But not the shipping.

the seal is there but sliced along the case like it was opened or whatever.I didnt do it it came that way.

call bells cb up on monday, calmly explain the situation, offer to send in the videos that you have taken and see if they are willing to warranty there work.

also explain you want to talk ssb as well as am.

No I don't think there is anything to fix, your meter is effected by the
reactance of the antenna and it's OK.
