Former Madison alderman, Jansson Wheeler. He's also blind. No wonder its called the mad city, everyone should have the opportunity to walk up and down State Street, what a freak show.

Seems his wife filed for divorce in April, a former dane county supervisor, he intended to send the bomb to her boyfriend in Montana
