Need a radio tune up?

I just wanted to let anyone interested know, that if you need minor repair work or basic tune-ups, hit me up. I've had a full tech bench for some time and do some work on the side. I can do full TX/RX alignments for CBs & Amateur rigs, basic mods, repair and troubleshooting. I prefer not to do extensive repair work as this is not my full time job and there are others on this forum that will serve you better. If you have a need for a little work, hit me up.

I have a 2970 in need of something it has scratchy audio and I dont have time to deal with it now. It has a switch that turns off the internal amplifier then it sounds good turn the amp switch on and audio gets scratchy so anyways if you can tackle this or are familiar with this issue let me know.

Doc, Yes, I can do SMT stuff. The trick is to use a fine tip soldering iron and depening on how much coffee you drank, you need one to three shots of whiskey to calm your nerves down! But in all serioussnes, I can do SMT, but I would want to know more about what you're wanting done before I commit to it.
