im hoping someone can answer my questions, and/or give me some advice on where to pull power from for my LED project.
what i want to do is use 4 white LED's to light the S-meter in my 148GTL. (im using a galaxy style meter, so there is room. this radio is custom)
i also want to use 4 red LED's that will light the S-meter up in red on TX.
im thinking of using pins 6 and 8 of the MB3756 to power each set of LED's.
one is RX only voltage, and one is TX only voltage.
each of these arrays of LED's will pull about 60mA, and im wondering if thats too much to draw from this source. (the MB3756)
im hoping that someone can look at a schematic for me, and tell me if this will work, or if im drawing too much current away from circuits that need it.
if this wont work, any ideas on how i can do it?
here is a link to a schematic:

thanks for any help or advice,
