Was the thing working before the "pots got turned?"
Right now, knowing by what I see in that card, focus your efforts on TP3 - that is a pipeline to monitor TX as well as RX IF frequencies - the card "swamps" that out - but you need TP3 to even see if the Radio can produce the frequencies to make the channels work.
The 15MHz looks like it's "wiping out" the regular CB channels, but the card is giving you frequencies your radio CAN'T use - so you need to make some choices.
Do you remove the extra channels or keep them in - I don't have the radio in front of me to help guide you - the Foil side on the radio might provide some clues as to what they did to install it.
Because you have "double" frequencies...
But to see the photos without the unit - then the unit (poof) appears - the extra channel "board" takes over the 10.240 Xtal and injects its own signal to take it's place.
How was I supposed to know? I didn't put the board in there.
So I imagine our issue with the missing, incorrect, or just plain goofy - frequencies, is from the board generating this and it's wiring issues.
The turning of the pots doesn't help any. There may have been some damage done.
I can't tell you what your exactly to do or need to know because I am only working with the information you're giving me. You should have said something earlier sooner in the thread about the extra board - I would have worked in a vastly different direction - you will have to remove the board to realign the radio - then re-install the board to obtain, get back, what you bought from eBay.
If you can't use what I've supplied, others can to help you figure out that extra channels board. You may be in over your head so take it to a tech - that card is screwing up your day.
Right now, until you somehow disable the card, you will see frequencies generated by that card and they will interfere with you ability to realign the radio so you can undo what was done.
You want the "extra" channels in there? We have a problem with that. We can't fix the radio or even know if there is even a problem with the radio - with the board in place, you have to remove it and restore the CB to it's original - then we figure out if there ever was a problem - fix that, realign it correctly - then we reinstall the board.
We don't even know if the crystals used on that board are working correctly - I've seen eBay "bargains" that are nothing more than resurrected radios with stuff thrown inside them to "value add" to the sale and someone was lucky enough to bid on it.
IN your case, those trimmers on the card take over the trimmer frequencies the radio would otherwise have used from it's own 10.240. But 15MHz is a bit low so that means lowers, but the 38+MHz tells me there is potentially some damage or a switch wiring issue - so whatever the eBay seller did to it - I am only guessing.
You're frequencies - at least for that radio - need to go up in MHz closer to 16MHz and you also have to find where they inject those frequencies so you can review the install - you just may have the wrong Xtal and with the turning of the pots - you may have cracked forms in there - we wouldn't know until we get the radio back to OEM - then we can figure out if anything got broken - fix it - reinstall and move on.
