I notice that all amp builders use those ugly cheap label maker stickers to mark amp functions, connections etc. I got some new boxes on the way and i think it has that style on it. Is there anything i can buy that i can put on them that will give a professional appearance? Silk screen would be cool but obviously not an option. Maybe small vinyl letters (i think thats how its spelled lol). Suggestions?

It's a bit spendy and probably not worth the trouble, but small bits of thin wood and a laser engraver could make for a unique style.

Below is a Wattmeter that I am currently restoring for a customer if you like the lettering I did on it I will try to find some time to make short video of the procedure. THIS WAS AN OLD TRANSELL METER

Where the BIG EAGLE is it was MARK II and at the bottom right I signed it with my license.

OldTech03,
I would like to see how you made these. They look great!
I have an old Realistic Navaho Pro Niner that I am planning to put a 148GTL chassis inside of and will need a new custom front panel. In fact I am very close to the conversion as I have worked 99% of the "screwdriver mods" out of the 148 now.

Check restoration decal producers.
Ive been looking to have someone make some Palomar 300a restoration decals that are missing on my amps. If youre looking for fine detail look for someone with a 600dp or better printer as a 300dp isnt as detailed.

More ideas. I use a Brother label printer. Many choices for label material, transparent, etc.

Well, I was gonna suggest dry transfer, I use the label maker as well and don’t like it. Then I saw this and wow...that looks really friggin’ awesome. That certainly wipes dry transfer’s behind and hands it the dirty paper.

In the words of Buggs Bunny...do tell!! Do tell!!!
