Let me clarify

I want radios that I can use later in a licensed manner in the hobby once I get the trash locked up ........can you give me some options which are both uhf/vhf and a decent deal with some type of decent encryption....the inversion I heard is easily cracked is this true?

I would like encryption adjustable wattage 2-5 uhf/vhf cost 50-100
