I'll be darned, I've never heard of a pre-tuned antenna like that, almost sounds too good to be true! I'm still in the process of learning more about antennas and achieving optimum SWR, but I always thought tuning was kind of vehicle-specific because of varying mounting heights and stuff.

When you have two antennas co-phased, is 4.5' a good height to stick with for each, since 9' is a quarter wavelength or something like that? Or isn't height very important?

Thanks again for the recommendation on the Francis CB25's, I will keep them in mind! I'm curious to hear what others might recommend for me also, or if anyone else has anything to add about the pre-tuned Francis antennas. I'm not trying to sound like a "worry wart" throughout any of this, I just want to make sure I get the correct antennas the first time around.
