The date has changed for an ARRL Headquarters webinar training session on local, section, and state level Memorandums of Understanding for ARES. The training webinar, aimed at for ARES Emergency Coordinators, District Emergency Coordinators and Section Emergency Coordinators, now will take place on Wednesday, May 25, at 2400 UTC.
