The user manual for the Icom IC-7410 is attached for download. This is a good resource for understanding the new features of this rig before it hits the market. I briefly scanned through it and noticed two major functionality features that have been added:
1. Speech: The radio can now announce your operating frequency, settings, etc.
2. USB port - The USB port not only can be used for rig control, but it also acts as a soundcard interface to your PC, sending and receiving audio! It can also send decoded RTTY to the PC.
