I think you mean VA3QV. He is the originator of the hoax as seen in my post.

im surprised i havent seen more talk about the tentec jupiter 539. i saw it on a russian site. looks a nice rig. 0-30mhz am/ssb i think 10 watt output. small mobile radio.
