ok here is an update because i like to let others know what fixed it or what made an improvement
i replace R131 with 222k ohms and i achieved what i was looking for to have the same amount of upper swing that R131 gives you when you clip it which was 2 watts dead key swinging to 7 1/2
and now with R131 modified 2 watts dead key swinging to 5 watts but all limiter are intact
later on, I'll look for the missing 2 1/2 watts LOL
