hey loosecannon i receive the 105 caps today 1st I had to take the transformer mod that I was using on both the 148 gtl and the 2000 gtl on the 148 I lost like 3 watts going from the transformer to the cap i had it doing 9 watts RMS now with cap 6 watts RMS but I notice the audio seems louder with the cap mod and clear when listening to it on another radio .on the 2000 i got it doing 6 1/2 watts RMS from 2 watts dead key
and the same audio seems louder too and clear and by the way, let me say a big THANK YOU for letting me know about that mod looking at the pic that is the right spot where the caps go right .?? so i'm pretty happy with the results not next project 29 ltd classic
