Again these guys/girl? Can steer you in the right direction for a descent ssb stable transceiver. You'll have to listen to feedback and in the meantime you can do a search for ssb radios and start looking at the specs. Also if you research this forum you can find valuable info.
If you want a CB ssb radio,look at the Uniden 980. It is stable on ssb and costs around $150.

If you want a 10 meter radio that's converts to operate the CB band(illegal) then you can try a Magnum 257 hp.
