Not sure where to put this...Broadcast CB over puter

I found this live CB broadcast on my computer...

They sell this thing calld a VoxBox....They say all you need to do is plug it into your CB then to your computer & you can broadcast...

What do you all think of it??...Its cheap & I was thinking of trying it...

Ham radio uses simular program to enable ham ops without HF
to be able to talk HF without general or higher licence

i have yet to try either
but others have spoken wel of the ham radio HF version
