The PLL is a TC5080P. I can be modified for upper and lower channels. However, the clarifier is tough to unlock because of a 2.5kc offset in the AM mode. It's the same board as a Cobra 135XLR base, and the Tram D62 mobile. A sturdy old radio in its day. Great find!
