Henry much appreciation for clearing this up, from what I've read I still had a small doubt that a vertical with radials stacked over a beam would'nt have any ill effects on take of angle and lobe strength, you know when you get a "that just does not seem right" moment but you can't quite figure which direction seems more feasible .

When the day comes I'll post a thread with the new setup and with and what the final tuning was with the mfj, and it may help out other in the future that want to use a similar setup.
