Ok so what other hobbies do you folks have ??

I ride and race dirt bikes. Just got home from a Hare Scramble race, which is ride as fast as you can through some pretty tight and nasty woods. I wasnt last hahaha Placed 17 out of 30, but I dont push myself and consider it as a paid trail ride, takes all the pressure off.
When I was alot younger I raced Motocross and Hare Scrambles, then did about 6 years of road racing and now I'm back in the dirt, alot cheaper.

So whats everyone else up to ?

Chasing storms.
Learning meteorology is an ongoing thing to make this happen. But I also work with the Emergency Mgr and help spot storms in my Iowa county. Photography is also an integral part of this hobby. Learning radio is part of it as well. I'll let you know how that works out, but so far - OK...

Riding motorcycle. Just bought a Suzuki GS1000G . Play guitar,banjo, sax,harmonica, sing. Draw, paint, photography. Do wildlife woodcarvings. Hunt and fish.

Weight lifting, landscaping, vegetable gardening, fixing stuff, etc.

Classical music, electronics repair, stamp collecting ... and during the school year, I volunteer there.

That's the most rewarding "hobby" I've ever had! .

quad biking mostly, on a cheap chinese zongshen quad. most of my time is spent keeping it going. yesterday the center pulled out of the front wheel and it came off. a few days before a ball joint pulled out of the front wishbone nearly sending me out over the handlebars.
Once or twice a year I get the urge to do something really stupid dangerous. Last year me and a few friends took the bonnet off a car and tex screwed some roof handles to it and tied a back seat to it and a seatbelt to the back of a car and went tearing round a mowed silage field at 75+mph. best term evar

I also spend an inordinate amount of time training in Aikikai Aikido.

Well I did absolutely nothing for the Field Day weekend and went to a Hare Scramble race instead. I hadnt been doing to well this season, but my luck changed yesterday and I won the C Senior Class on my trusty 2004 KTM 250 dirtbike.

I Build and fly electric scale R/C planes, build plastic WW2 planes and tanks and love to go to airshows.

Judo,Camping,White water rafting,survivalist,long distance walking/hiking and swimming
