What the heck does all that mean? I am a newbie and I am trying to learn the lingo . From what I have read "Peak and Tune" is replacing parts - what parts are being replaced? I have also heard of swing kits - what is that?

When I look at the CB mods on the internet I see a list of parts but I dont know what they are?
