Police/Weather Scanner

Could someone suggest what would be a good handheld Police/Weather Scanner, New or used ?? As my job takes me into Oklahoma and Arkansas 5 nights a week. I am getting closer to Tornado Weather as spring is upon us. Last night there was a few tornadoes reported north of Joplin mo. And i do not want a one way ride to god know's where. I personally have and use a Uniden Bearcat Sportcat 180. I originally bought mine to use at NASCAR Races and I'm very happy with it. I bought it used on eBay for very little money used. It will scan:

10 meter
VHF Low Band
6 meter
AM Aircraft
Military Land Mobile
2 meter
VHF High Band
Federal Government Land Mobile
70 centimeter
UHF Standard Band
UHF "T" Band
Public Service "800" Band
