Yeah, that one's a problem. We tried a toroid transformer from Antek, type AS05T240.
The heater winding is 6 Volts, not 6.3. You loose a bit of the hot-rod wattage from the Pride, but you'll improve the tube life.
The 240-Volt winding feeds only one side of the original bridge-rectifier circuit, turning it into a full-wave doubler. Boosting the size of filter caps C33 and 34 from 40uf to 100 or 150uf prevents ripple problems from doing this.
Mounting the thing is a pain. This is the cheap-but-lots-of-trouble solution.
We adopted a policy of mounting a 1-Amp circuit breaker on the rear panel next to the fuse holder. Serves to protect T2. The original setup didn't include any separate protection for it. By the time the stock 10-Amp fuse blows, T2 will have all the magic smoke let out of it permanently.
Hammond has one that's close, but a bit larger. Type 260E. Mouser used to have it. That one costs twice or more the Antek toroid, but will be a bit less trouble.
Just be sure to include some primary protection once it's replaced.
