Here are a few pics. The input voltage selector is at the right side with the terminals facing toward you

The terminals are designated by symbols stamped on the case on two of my 30 amp psu's and printed on the case in my older unit. The the two from the right are the terminals for the AC input and the next is the ground. The next three are negative DC output. The next 3 after that is the positive DC output. BTW, the trimmer is outside the case on the left side of the terminals. I adjusted mine to put out approximately 13.8 volts. The trimmer is beside that green LED pilot light.

Here's what I did with one of mine that I'll use on my B3016 amp. I just cut a piece of aluminum casing and riveted it to the case. I attached two binding posts(one red and one black) and I connected a wire from the positive terminal to the red binding post and another wire from the negative terminals to the black binding post.
