I use my yaesu ftm-350ar in the mobile in a extended suv. I currently have 2 speakers hooked to the radio which is for side A and side B. They are in the back i would like to use two more speakers inline but im not sure the radio can power the two more speakers ? I only use uniden bc ESP20 speakers. Im attaching a photo of how yaesu provided a Y adapter for dual speaker operation.

Power is not an issue. You can run 128 speakers if you want to so long as you match the impedances but the volume on each speaker will drop. Calculate the impedances of the speakers the same way you would with resistors in series or parallel. Examine the Y adapter to see is it a stereo or mono plug and test it with a multimeter or battery and light bulb to see is it wired in series or parallel or just 2 breakout cables for a left and right stereo channel.

Each speaker is 8 ohms + each speaker uses 12awg wire at 10' maybe ill cut the cable to 1' since the rest is coiled up under the carpet.
