I think you will have plenty of left over power since as you can tell from the specs. this amp doesn't draw much power.

Dude , your radio alone should pretty much do what that kl-60 does with a good tune up. I think this time you would be wasting your money. If you want more power , I would look at a kl-203 or something along those lines. Better yet maybe a good Palomar blue face amp thats AB-1 filtered and will work bitch'in on SSB. You could look at it this way , a good 30 amp power supply could get you a good 200 pep watts which would be 2 x 1446 or 455s , you would need to drop your DK on the radio down around 2 watts to drive those amps as well . IM not sure IM understand your question very well , your 10 amp is fine for your radio , the 30 amp would be way more then enough to take care of a kl-60 (they might draw 5 amps if that ?), there would be no strain on anything if that were to be the case. Do yourself a favor and forget about the kl-60 , your radio tuned will do close to the same. A good 30 amp power supply could get you better then that. Good luck to you

ok the reason why i was thinkin about the klv 60 is cuz i live in a mobile home park i have like 2 computers in my house and my main concern is interfering with other peoples stuff

This is what I meant by a well filtered AB-1 type amplifier. Your best bet then may be to have whatever it is that you do end up with ? getting benched by a good tech , if your radio is tuned to the amp (a decent amp) you should have a better chance at cleanliness concerning your neighbors and TX. They also have TVI filters you can buy to put inline with your amp and antenna feedline. If your doing OK with just your radio for now concerning your neighbors ? thats a plus ! Amplifiers can change things very quickly in many cases, it can be hit or miss , even with the cleanest stuff you put inline. Mobile home parks can be a tough go but you never know unless you try.

i do agree with switch about yor radio doing close to the kl-60.however a nice kl-500
would look sweet beside that radio.fyi keep your radio clean power wise and yor amp
will be fine
