I had the chance to pick up a really neat little tester but don't think I'll get a lot of use out of it. Radio Shack 22-330, is no longer made. They appear to be rare and hard to find. Will test Transistors, FETs, Diodes, SCRs, LEDs and has a Continuity test function. Unit appears to be new, looks perfect, is in original packaging but had no manual. The operations manual IS online and you can download or print out.
I took out for testing. Seems to work perfectly as should. Takes 3 AAA batteries (not included). I tested a variety of common 3 leg transistors, some diodes and LEDS. Tests an LED by lighting it dimly and making it blink. Plug-in ports for most components leads and has (3) 12" leads with alligator clip ends. Will identify unknown transistor base arrangements and diode direction etc….
Just fishing here to see if anyone may be interested in it. $25 shipped paypal gift or money order. Think it is well worth this for all of the things it will do plus it being rare. Will consider trades for a radio item. Would trade for a junky looking D104 TUG8 that looks bad but works well. Mic should be loud clean and clear with good audio tone that has not gone tinny - has original MC320 mic cartridge ….. otherwise offer some decent little item for trade
