Metalized paint can/will shield from RF.  How much and what frequencies is a guess more than an all encompassing thingy.  '3M' used to make a spray 'stuff' for shielding radio/VCR/etc cabinets which did work.  Nasty looking stuff, not exactly 'cosmetic', but on the inside of cabinets who cares, sort of.  Any place not covered leaves an RF 'hole', and the frequency of what gets through just depends on the size of the 'hole'.  It was certainly not fool-proof, but then, nothing is except distance and a solid metal enclosure, sort of.

As for aluminum foil beanies, that's really old fashioned!  Considering current hair styles, just spray your head with silver primer paint, then color to your own taste.  A good automotive clear coat for a finish, naturally...  'Candy Apple' puce... works great, especially for carbon fiber underwear.
