Radio transmits very nicely on both AM and SSB , audio is clean and the power is there. Receive on AM is there but sounds raspy (conjested) around the edges ? SSB is worse , need to turn the radio up completely only to get the same results. Any ideas why on this one ? Thanks SK
 

I have the same problem on a non DX, 2950. Only on AM. SSB recieve is is fine. Just the AM receive is bad. Any ideas?
