Is the clarifier cut in that radio?? You can use the shift button as described in the furst reply jost shift the curser over to beneath the last digit which should be a zero and either change it to a higher number or lower number and get a radio check once its on then do yourself a favor and hit the shift back over to beneath the 3rd position over for normal cannel (10K) jumps.

I ask about clarifier because this can bring up a whole different battle if transmit and recieve is not alligned with one another.
