selling this rci 2950 ,when i bought this radio it was quite a mess .some cb truck stop hack had been in it .
it had a junk plastic modulator thing in it ,a broken echo board ,exposed grounds,missing limiter,it was a mess .
i have cleaned it all up and its now for sale .
i removed the echo board (there is a hole left in the side of the case )
i removed the junk modulator
i replaced q32 the missing limiter .
i repaired all exposed wiring resoldered and shrinked(there was lots of bad wiring at the echo board)
i put a swing mod in place at r281 to restore swing .
there is still a battery pack in there which i assume is for memory retention ,i left it be .
this radio has a color changing light in the lcd display .about 7 colors i guess and they fade in n out all the time .
i set the variable for 2 watts on low and 8 watts on high
the radio swings 34 peak into a bird with a dummy load (pictured)
ssb does the same .
radio goes from 26 to 32 i believe ..if your looking you probably know more about the radio than i do .this is not the rig for me so here it is for sale .

i will provide a power cord and 1 set of knobs but no bracket(didnt get one with it )
comes with a 636 mic .
