Toshiba 2 (2sc2290 Toshiba) pill amp or MOSFET amp?

There was a sweet spot when they had the upgraded MeanWell power supply and the Toshiba 2 (2sc2290 Toshiba) pill amp.

Maybe all the 2995 black displays are MOSFET amp versions?
