Rci 69 Base plus ++

Hi all I recently purchased a Rci 69 Base plus ++ that died after les then an hour of use looking for a schematic or any other information on this radio reciever is good keeps blowing up finals.

Warranty is your only hope. No schematic or service data has been released for that radio. Even an experienced tech depends on a road map to make sense of a failure.

Can't do a factory warranty as cbradio supply did a bumb job tuning it and 11 meter mod I didn't ask thenm to do vining all warrantys cb radio supply dosent warenty their shotty work nor do they accept returns or exchanges..

It all depends who you get it from. I have had real good luck with with my Rangers. There are some shops that have no idea how to tune a radio. I have my favorite shops.

I do a little misc work for a cb shop. He lets me use his equipment to do my stuff as long as I’m not competing with him I just do little repairs for local guys and he is all internet sales and service (cbpronto). I don’t bother him with technical questions or I’d ask him…but because he’s really doing me a favor letting me use his stuff, I don’t waste his time even when I’m in his shop.

What I don’t understand is
If his customer gets a Ranger, Galaxy, or Cobra, and there’s an issue, he sends them a label (w/in 30 days) to ship it back and he simply fixes it. Now, if the buyer messes with it, he’ll still help them out but won’t pay for shipping.
