Re-tune Antenna?

I recently had my antenna tuned (Wilson 1000 mag mount) and was getting 1.1:1 SWR. Then, my covered parking decided to grab hold of the antenna while I was backing out and knocked the mag mount loose. Do I need to have it re-tuned or should I be okay?

It should be OK so long as the whip wasn't bent or pulled off of the coil base.
Just re-check it with your SWR meter to make sure.
Or - you don't have a SWR meter?
How did you set it the first time?
Even when new - they HAVE to be adjusted - BTW . . .

The whip wasn't bent or pulled off the base. Just the base knocked loose.

Unfortunately, I don't have a meter. When I bought it I had a shop tune it and they are closed on Mondays. Would the meter on the front of the radio read any different?

Read this:
SWR

After reading that; you should have a pretty fair idea on how to use a SWR meter. You can use the SWR meter in that radio - if it is equipped with one. Be aware; the built-in SWR meters aren't the most accurate. But if it shows a low SWR after you have adjusted it; then it should be OK.

your whip will beok even if slightly bent. but inspect your mount over very carefully
i had 1 fall apart on me recently. the magnet stayed on but the rest pelled
off like a banna peel.i put it back on but the connection wasnt very good anymore.
the swr meter on radio will do but i highly recommend getting even just a cheap 1
or go back to cb shop to have checked
