Lotsa info right there.


It may be a transistor in the Audio circuit, since it doesn't use an IC. 


I have one of these radios in my junk pile.  No output transistors; uses the rare 1307 & 1306 final/driver. 


Might be able to be changed over to a  2166 and 1969 driver/final. 

Perhaps MOSFET's too.
