I need a new radio.

I've been talking on these Supertar 3900s for quite some time....while I do like how they sound on the other end, the receivers suck....and they are probably spattering all over the band on TX as well. What radios out there have the best sensitivity? Don't need anything high power....just 4 watt carrier.

While on the subject though....do receiver sensitivity and poor adjacent channel rejection go hand in hand? Or can a good radio have both? I've got some loud mouth overmodulated slobs around here who can't budge my needle but can be heard throughout the band. They're ruining my DX.

If anyone has any suggestions....I need AM & SSB. Must sound good with a stock mic. I do not like power mics.
