The other night I ran across a website with a lot of info on Rf transistors, and like a dummy I didn't save it. Anybody help me out with a site that has the same info?
Thanks

I think I have a good link to a site at home.I am at work right now but will try and find it and post it for you tonight.I remember that the link I had was a really good one with PDF files on the transistors.Hopefully I didn't lose it.

Well I had a look and sorry Ed but I am sure I had a link to a site where you could look up transistor types including RF types and then get a PDF data sheet on them but it is gone.I did however find some kids files in with my HAM STUFF folder in my favorites. Hmmmmm...?? :? :(

Brew, thats not it, but thanks alot. Garth, sounds like you have the same problem I have, kids like the internet too :D
Thanks guys

You might try this link to NTE. www.nteinc.com/Once there you can either use the online reference or download the cross reference software called QuickCross.Don't worry about filling in the little form in order to download it.It is necessary but I have never had spam or the like from them. You just enter the transistor type number and it cross references it to the NTE type and provides link to PDF data sheets.I use it at home and at work.I forgot all about this one.
