I had similar issues with my A99, as well as CRAZY SWRs. I was never able to get the RFI completely taken care of but It was reduced quite a bit.

Here are the things I did;

1.) isolated the antenna from the mast.
2.) homemade ground radials
3.) 5 turn mini8 choke at the feed point.

These things did help out.
