Robb's Antron 99 plan put to use.

In one of my other threads, Robb had recommended reusing my old Antron 99 and adding a total of 6 radials with a 45° downward slope. 2 would be cut for 10m, another cut for 12m and finally 2 more would be cut for 15m.

I had 2 OEM A99 radials that I recovered, but the other 2 where just plain messed up, so I used aluminum tube that I had laying around.

Then I made a radial mounting hub that has 3 set screws (or rather bolts) and this is the end result:

(NO I AM NOT MOUNTING IT HERE, it was just simpler to test fit every thing mounted like this)

antennas will work when low to the ground , they just work much better when higher in the air and clear of buildings and trees .
