RT-5RV Programming Software Installation

Got the link for programming software from manufacturer. Windows 7. A dialog box comes up: "??????????? 1024x768" and when I click OK, try to close it, or minimize it, it popped up again.

There is a program: "????????" preventing shutdowns and where the top bar is it says: "??? ??? ??? ???"

Installed another programming software version, UV-5 off the Baofeng disc, same thing.

Any ideas?

Never mind, got it with CHIRP. Unfortunately on one of the radios the two pin connector is sketchy. Gotta use a rubber band.
