Not sure if this is the right forum but I am wondering what the better antenna is. I need a replacement antenna 5 - 7 inch long and came across 2 types:

A Rubber Ducky antenna and the other is Carbon Fiber. Which one is better?

This is for a car radio, unfortunately some one took it off the roof of my car and now I need a replacement.

Thanks,

Leckster

I would think the only difference would be the material used to support the radiator, rubber being flexible the carbon fiber not.

Both materials would have to be non-conductive.
