Let's see ---we have the name of the manufacturer, the model number, and Mr. Google to help us. What can we find?

Audio Indicators, Audio Transducers, Piezo Benders, Speakers, Sirens, Audio Products Division – Projects Unlimited Inc.

...but that model/part number looks like it's either very old or it got written down wrong. Why not contact these folks and see what they can tell you?

Don't forget that an electret condenser microphone needs the specified voltage for its preamp. Whether it will "work" in your application...don't know.
 
I haver a SADELTA / GALAXY desk microphone I bought new in the mid 1990's and its been put away for the past 2 years I tried running it lastnight and it picks up absolutely no audio battery I put in it was new and tested good all I can think of is the element is bad anyone have any of these elements around? I will post in the swp section aswell
