SBE Mic Wiring to Kenwood TS 450

Trying to find wiring pin out for SBE Desk Mic to a TS-450.

How many conductors is the cord on the SBE and how are the wires color coded? Usually pretty easy to figure out and there's little change of any damage through trial and error. It's hard finding documentation on old mics some times.

You're only going to use pins 1,2, 7 and 8 on the kenwood.

Pin 1: Mic +
Pin 2: PTT +
Pin 3: Dwn
Pin 4: Up
Pin 5: +8v (125ma max)
Pin 6: N/C (Rx Audio on Some Models)
Pin 7: Mic GND
Pin 8: Chassis GND

Coax question. I just put up a new Sirio monsoon base antenna with 100’ of rg8u coax testing with myMFJ antenna analyzer shows 1.4 swr at 26.965mhz and a 1.1 at 27.405 mhz . When I checked the ohms it’s steady a 30 ohms across the entire bandwidth.

Is 30 ohms worth worrying about in a 100’ run of rg8u ?
