The AMC feedback should be sampling the voltage output of the circuit to the Final and Driver, not the input to the Darlington Pair.
Also, I noticed that the signal on the video was 40kc wide?

Otherwise, looks like a neat project.

Edit: - You forgot about R166, the 3K3 resistor that is a part of the AMC feedback circuit, the rest of it is fine.
