If the bulk of our operations are in Afghanistan, we should have shipped them directly there instead of Pakistan.
I understand there are some operations in Pakistan area that borders Afghan needing the devices, but did we need to ship all there?

I'm not sure, but I think we shipped them to Packystano when they were still letting us convoy supplies thru their country. I don't recall reading that in the article. We need to be done with them anyways.
