I probably won't, but I do want to.
I've been looking around for a classic stereo and came across this on craigslist - http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/ele/5469269416.html
fisher tube stereo, supposedly one of the top choices when it comes to audio connoisseurs, for $500. way more than what I'm looking to spend, but anyway...
So looking on ebay, here's the same guy with the same radio - http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5336136228&icep_item=191815775241
looking like it won't be going for anything close to $500.
now I've been checking craigslist daily for a while, he didn't post this unit until the ebay auction had been up for a few days, and I find it very irritating when I'm bidding on something that looks like it will turn out better for me than the seller only to have the auction shut down because "the item is no longer available". and it appears this guy is looking to do just that.
it came to me I should reply to the CL ad just after the EB auction ends saying I have the $500, when can I pick it up...
