anyone know what the measurements are on a normal TO-220 shoulder washer?

They would fit a c2078/2sc1969/2sc2312.

I need to purchase a few and the battery in my micrometer is dead so I can't measure mine.

Thanks for any assistance.

I got this info from WASHER/BUSHING #6 X .125"L NYLON - 3054

It seems there are different sizes available, I assume the difference is length from the tab to the heatsink surface.

Diameter - Inside0.140" (3.56mm)Diameter - Outside0.170" (4.32mm)MaterialNylonThickness0.047" (1.19mm) 3/64"Length - Below Head0.125" (3.18mm) 1/8"Thread/Screw/Hole Size#6 ScrewHead Diameter0.290" (7.37mm)

It looked so much better in table form.:censored:

We call those 'shoulder washers' wash cloths or hand towels around here. Little soap and water and shoulders tend to come out clean...

(Yeah, I know, but couldn't resist.)

Guess I better pull one and get a battery for the mic and check it.

rare as rocking horse shit in my tool chest.

I found a shoulder washer already extracted So I'll do as Superidgit suggest.

You don't need no stinkin insulated shoulder washer or the mica insulator, just let it ground out.
