Hi. What is happening as Robb stated: they are talking on the output and just don't know there on a repeater output frequency. Its annoying but not illegal so there isn't much to be done about it except turn up my sq to 9/10 Orkney on the output and let them know that there talking on a output of a repeater. I coulda swore there was allocated spots for simplex. And its not legal to just key where ever you want to and chat....?

M42 I already checked that before making this thread. With a 50mi radius. I thought it was rare.VHF skip I was excited !!! Only to be bummed out.
